Greene King Teams Up with MOBOLISE to Champion Opportunity and Diversity in Hospitality
Greene King has announced a ground-breaking partnership with MOBOLISE, the career development platform born from the iconic MOBO Organisation. Together, MOBOLISE and Greene King will produce and host a series of events, mentoring sessions and initiatives aimed at fostering an environment of collaboration, learning, and mutual support, set to launch in 2025.
Greene King will also showcase available positions across its pubs, from entry-level to management roles. By engaging with a more diverse community through the MOBOLISE platform, the pub company and brewer will be able to promote new job opportunities to a wider audience, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds.
The partnership with MOBOLISE will allow Greene King to connect directly with talent committed to making a positive impact in the hospitality industry and reinforces Greene King’s ongoing commitment to recruiting a more diverse workforce and creating inclusive opportunities across the business.
"MOBOLISE is about more than jobs. It’s about creating a community where people from all walks of life come together, share knowledge, and uplift one another. Through partnerships like this, we aim to create change by ensuring everyone has a seat at the table.” Kanya King CBE, Founder & CEO of MOBO and MOBOLISE
Nick Mackenzie, CEO of Greene King, said: "We are proud to partner with MOBOLISE on this important initiative to build a more diverse and inclusive workforce. Pubs have always been at the heart of our communities, and we want to continue to be, so it is important to create opportunities and spaces for people from all backgrounds to come together, share experiences, and learn from one another.
“This partnership is a significant step on our journey to everyday inclusion and aligns with MOBOLISE’s mission to empower underrepresented talent and build a more inclusive society.”
