EVs are a cleaner and greener way to travel, but finding a charging point on the go can still be a concern for some drivers. That’s why our pubs come in handy. We’ve added EV charging points at hundreds of our pubs, making us the ideal pitstop on your journey.
Last year, we even introduced the first ultra-rapid charging hub at the Hobby Horse Farm pub in Syston in Leicestershire. With eight chargers delivering speeds of up to 150kW, drivers can power up in as little as 30 minutes. Just enough time for a quick drink and a bite to eat.

How to use an EV charging point at our pubs
Most of our EV charging points should be easy to find, but if you’re struggling to locate them, just ask one of our staff members.
Be sure to park in the designated bay, and then plug the cables into your car. Charging time will depend on the charger and car type, but whether it’s a quick bite to eat or a leisurely lunch, we’re happy to host.
Once you’re done, just unplug to let another car make use of the charging port. You can always park your car in another spot to extend your stay.
