How does it work?

  • Enter online (applications closed on July 13th) and show us what you’re made of. We’ll ask for the basics and a track or two to hear your sound. Just a heads up: submitting doesn’t guarantee you a spot but the pub will be in touch if you're selected to play.
  • Play a live heat at the pub. Expect proper crowds and real-time reactions. Win, and you’re off to the regionals.
  • Smash the regional final and you’ll earn a place at The George in Southwark for the grand finale where the best of the best battle it out.
  • Win it all and claim a £10,000 cash prize, a mentoring session with a renowned artist, and much more! Oh, and eternal bragging rights (obviously).

A word from last year's winner, Jasmin Jet

"I felt every emotion all at once winning Greene King Untapped 2025. Taking part in the competition has opened doors and created opportunities that I don’t think would have been possible before, including £10,000 to invest in my singing career and recording my own EP. This is something I will definitely carry with me forever and I wholeheartedly encourage any grassroots artists in the UK to take that chance because you never know just how far it might take you."
