• Entrants’ participation will be confirmed by the manager of the pub either by email or by telephone. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the entrants using the details provided on the sign-up form. However, if a response has not been received within 48 hours, or if the selected entrant is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up their place in the competition for any other reason, we reserve the right to select an alternative entrant using the same process referred to in these terms and conditions.
• In-pub competitions will take place on 14th August 2026. One winner per pub will be selected by the judging panel. In the case of a tie, the winner will be chosen based on criteria.
• Pub level winners will progress to one of up to three regional finals, at a venue to be determined nearer the time. Regional finals will take place on 21st August 2026.
• The Scottish final will be held on 28th August 2026 at The City Walls, 6 Back Walk, Stirling FK8 2QA.
• The winner for the Scottish final will win £5000 cash prize and a slot at the national final at The George, 75-77 Borough High Street, Southwark, Greater London, England, SE1 1NH
• Pub level winners will progress to one of up to twenty regional finals, at a venue to be determined nearer the time. Regional finals will take place between 27th August to 31st August 2026.
• The regional winners will be chosen by a panel of judges, by majority vote. At least one of the judges will be independent and in the case of a tie for 7th place, the independent judge will have the deciding vote as to who advances to the national final. The judges’ decision will be final and binding. The winner of each individual regional final will be announced on the day of that respective event.
• The national final will be held on 11th September 2026 at The George, 75-77 Borough High Street, Southwark, Greater London, England, SE1 1NH.
• The overall winner will be chosen by a panel of judges, by majority vote. At least one of the judges will be independent and in the case of a tie, the independent judge will have the deciding vote. The judges’ decision will be final and binding.
• The prizes:
  - Each in-pub winner (one winner per pub) will receive a place in the regional final
  - One overall national winner will win:
             - £10,000 cash prize
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend the voting processes outlined above ahead of any competitions taking place. Should any amendments occur, these will be updated on this page.
• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner/s throughout the duration of the competition using the details provided on entry. If a selected winner is unavailable or unreachable, or otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery of prizes due to the provision of incorrect contact details by the entrant.
• The winner agrees to the passing of their contact details to, and to being contacted by, Greene King Brewing and Retailing Ltd to arrange their prize and to discuss any specific requirements.
• The terms and conditions of any third-party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.
• The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to the prizes will be offered except in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which case the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.
• No responsibility will be accepted by Greene King nor any of its staff, agents or partners for any loss or damage to any personal equipment or possessions at any stage of the competition, unless caused by the deliberate acts or omissions, or negligence, of Greene King and save to the extent that such responsibility cannot be excluded by law.
• The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify the, including but not limited to, proof of identity and/or age, as required, and to withdraw a prize or disqualify an entrant, where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where an entrant has gained advantage in participating in the promotion or has won using fraudulent means.
• The Promoter's decision is binding in all matters relating to this competition, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

Wembley Ticket Prizes Details:

1. The winner will have the opportunity to attend an event at Wembley Stadium between September 2026 and July 2027. A full list of eligible events will be provided to the winner, from which they may make their selection. All events are subject to availability.
2. The winner must select their preferred event within one month of being notified of their prize. If the winner does not make a selection within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

8. Any ticket obtained in breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be nullified.
9. Tickets are STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE and MUST NOT BE SOLD nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
10. Once the winner has been verified and bank details have been supplied, the £200 to support travel and expenses for the Wembley event will be sent via BACS. This process will happen as quickly as possible but please allow up to 28 working days for the money to be delivered from valid claim and the completion of the verification process. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they provide a valid UK bank details for prize fulfilment.
11. Post verification, the Wembley tickets will be dispatched digitally via email to the consumers email address they used to enter the promotion. D. Ownership of Promotion entries and intellectual property rights

1. All Promotion entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.

2. Entrants agree that by submitting their Promotion entry and any accompanying material, that they agree:

1. that all intellectual property rights associated with the Promotion, including the brands associated with the Promotion, are owned by Promoter and/or the Promoter Affiliated Parties, and entrants have no right to use any intellectual property associated with the Promotion except in connection with the Promotion entry and accompany material;

3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received or for undelivered or delayed entries, which were unable to be delivered or received for any reason beyond its control.

F. Consent and Data Protection
