Greene King Untapped crowns Arjé Rayne as 2026 winner
Arjé Rayne Nigerian-born, London-raised artist has been crowned the winner of Greene King Untapped 2026, following a live final at The George in London on Friday 11 September.
Hosted by Capital Breakfast’s Chris Stark, the final saw nine emerging acts from across the UK take to the stage in front of a judging panel featuring McFly star Danny Jones, singer and broadcaster Fleur East, Nick Reilly of Rolling Stone UK, and Gavin Newman of Metropolis Studios.
After a night of live performances, Arjé Rayne was selected as this year’s winner and will receive a life-changing prize package including:
- £10,000 in cash
- A professional recording session at Metropolis Studios
- A performance slot at Rolling Stone UK Awards 2026
- An exclusive mentoring session with Danny Jones
Commenting on her win Arjé Rayne said: “Thank you, thank you, thank you. I genuinely have no words, honestly this was probably one of the best nights of my life. The crowd was amazing – I can wait to get back on that stage again soon.”
Danny Jones said: “Arjé Rayne gave a brilliant performance tonight and really stood out to us as judges. After witnessing her pure talent, great energy and ability to engage the crowd, it was clear there’s something really exciting there.

Greene King Untapped sat at the heart of Live at Your Local, Greene King pubs' nationwide celebration of grassroots music.
Across August and September, 900 emerging artists performed at free live music events in Greene King pubs across the UK, with artists progressing through regional heats before nine finalists earned their place at the London final.
