It’s officially the tastiest time of the year and we've been busier than ever before, our Gingerbread Cheesecake and Rum & Raisin Sticky Toffee Pudding are unfortunately no longer available on our Festive Feast menu but you can still indulge in our three-tiered Chocolate Orange Fudge Cake.

- To be eligible to receive a voucher, you must make an online booking on one of our Festive menus for a minimum party of four guests. The online booking must be made and a deposit paid in full by 31st October 2023. £10 gift vouchers are valid from 2nd January to 31st March 2024 – excluding Valentine’s Day 14th February 2023, Mother's Day weekend 9th and 10th March 2024. Only one gift voucher will be accepted per transaction. No cash alternative. The voucher may only be used in a single transaction and no change will be given. At least £5 of the total voucher value must be spent on food, including at least one main meal, which can include breakfast and sharers. Voucher cannot be used against the balance of the Festive booking. Voucher cannot be used against the purchase of gift cards. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discount vouchers or Greene King employee vouchers including friend & family vouchers – but can be used against promotion (e.g., daily deals or set menus). Gift vouchers are not available to Greene King employees or those under 18 years old. Vouchers will be delivered electronically by email by 5th January 2024 (if you have provided a valid email address as part of your online booking and have opted-in to receive our email marketing communications). Gift vouchers are redeemable at participating Flaming Grill pubs. To redeem, please present your unique voucher code within the email you receive at the till. Enjoy responsibly. Our group festive bookings offer is available for all bookings of our Festive Feast 2 or 3 course menu, for parties over 10 people. This offer entitles all bookings over 10 to a complimentary bottle of Prosecco DOC. Alcohol for over 18s only – proof of ID may be requested. Products & offers are subject to availability at the price point advertised. Where a brand is not available an alternative will be offered. Offer only available at Flaming Grill sites in England.
ºOur Festive Feast menus are available from 14th November 2023 to 1st January 2024 excluding Christmas Day. No festive booking is confirmed until a deposit is received. Please speak to a member of the team at your chosen venue regarding maximum number of guests. Festive Feast bookings require a deposit of £5.00 per every adult and every child attending. Should you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible, as any meals not taken on the day may be charged, unless 7 days’ notice is given. Pre-orders are really important during our busiest time of year, Christmas takes so much planning so please get your group’s pre-orders in on time. Festive Feast pre-orders should be received no later than 7 days prior to your booking. You’ll be sent all the information on how to make your pre-order once you’ve booked. Please don’t forget the allergens and dietary needs section, if we know all of this in advance then it’s all smooth sailing. Finally, if you can bring your booking confirmation and any pre-order details with you, that would be great. We know it’s easy to forget what you’ve ordered so it would be a massive help if one person in the group took control.
