• Christmas Early Booking Incentive

  To be eligible to receive a £10 voucher, you must make an online booking for one of our festive menus for a minimum party of four guests by 31st October 2025. The online booking must be made and the deposit paid in full by 31st October 2025.

  £10 gift vouchers are valid from 2nd January - 31st March 2026, excluding Valentine's Day 14th February 2026 and Mother's Day weekend 14th and 15th March 2026. Only one gift voucher will be accepted per transaction. No cash alternative. The voucher may only be used in a single transaction and no change will be given. At least £5 of the total voucher value must be spent on food, including at least one main meal, which can include breakfast and sharers. Voucher cannot be used against the balance of the festive booking. Voucher cannot be used against the purchase of gift cards. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discount vouchers or Greene King employee vouchers, including friend & family vouchers – but can be used against promotion (e.g. daily deals or set menus). Greene King reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time. Gift vouchers are not available to Greene King employees or those under 18 years old. Vouchers will be delivered electronically by email on 2nd January 2026 (if you have provided a valid email address as part of your online booking and have opted-in to receive our email marketing communications). Gift vouchers are redeemable at participating Flaming Grill pubs. To redeem, please present your unique voucher code within the email you receive at the till. Enjoy responsibly. Our dishes are prepared in kitchens where nuts and gluten are present as well as other allergens; we cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free from traces of allergens, due to the risk of unexpected cross contamination. We do not include ‘may contain’ information. (N) Dish contains nuts. (V) Suitable for vegetarians. (VE) Suitable for vegans. Please note that we do not operate a dedicated vegetarian/vegan kitchen area. Our menu descriptors do not include all ingredients. Some dishes may contain alcohol which is not listed on the menu. *All weights are approximate prior to cooking. Metric equivalent 16oz = 1lb = 454g. ‡Sizzling skillet dishes come without fried onions when served on a plate. †Fish, poultry and shellfish dishes may contain bones and/or shell. ^Onion rings are made from chopped and reformed onions. Children between 5-10 years old need around 1800 calories a day, this will vary by age and level of activity, some children will need less, and some will need more.   ºOur Festive Feast menus are available from 11th November 2025 to 1st January 2026 excluding Christmas Day. No festive booking is confirmed until a deposit is received. Please speak to a member of the team at your chosen venue regarding maximum number of guests. Festive Feast bookings require a deposit of £5 per adult and £3 per child attending. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible, as any meals not taken on the day may be charged, unless 48 hours notice is given.
  
  Pre-orders are really important during our busiest time of year, Christmas takes so much planning so please get your group’s pre-orders in on time. Festive Feast pre-orders should be received no later than 7 days prior to your booking. If your booking is less than 7 days away, your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining. You’ll be sent all the information on how to make your pre-order once you’ve booked. Please don’t forget the allergens and dietary needs section, if we know all of this in advance then it’s all smooth sailing. Finally, if you can bring your booking confirmation and any pre-order details with you, that would be great. We know it’s easy to forget what you’ve ordered so it would be a massive help if one person in the group took control. • Refunds and Cancellations

  If for any reason we are unable to host your get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, and you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit and any additional pre-paid packages.
  
  If you would like to cancel your Christmas Day booking, please give us 7 days’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers.
  
  If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s) and if it’s a late change (after 11 December 2024), your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and no later than 18 December 2024. If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 7 days’ notice, no refund is available.
