- It’s important that Greene King can help address any queries our customers have, even after the Greene King Sports App is decommissioned. So we can help, we will not delete your data right away. TERMS & CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY NOTICE
1. Acceptance. By entering this promotion you are deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only. Employees of Greene King, their families, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period. This promotion opens at 00:01 on 12/08/2025 and closes at 00:00 on 31/12/2026.
4. Entry requirements. To enter through the Greene King Mobile App, you must 1. Be a newly registered Greene King Mobile App user; 2. Activate your Rewards program; 3. Play the Spin to Win game to win a free prize. Deleting your account and re-registering will be considered a breach of these T&Cs, could result in rewards being revoked and could mean your reward account is suspended. (excludes Crafted, Metro, Hive, Nest and Everly)
5. Game expiry. You will have 30 days from the date you receive your Spin to Win game to play and win a prize. Otherwise, you will lose your reward.
6. Prize selection. One (1) prize of either a free drink, dessert or main meal will be awarded upon completing the Spin to Win game.
7. Prize. The prize from 0:01 on 17th December 2025 will be one of the following: 1) A free drink. Customers can choose one of the following drinks dependent on selection available in participating venue where redeemed: Birra Moretti – draught pint; Coke Zero, Original Taste, Diet Coke, Schweppes Lemonade – draught large glass; Madri – draught pint; Cruz Campo – draught pint; Rekorderlig – any variant bottle; Aspall – any variant draught pint; Greene King IPA, Abbot Ale, Old Speckled Hen, Hazy Day, Level Head, Prior Life, Flint Eye – draught pint. 9. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to the prize will be offered unless in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which case we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.
10. Notification. You will be notified in the Greene King Mobile App of your prize upon completing the Spin to Win game, unless otherwise specified. Each member is only eligible for a single prize to redeem. Deleting your account and re-registering will be considered a breach of these T&Cs and any prizes awarded in these circumstances will be removed.
11. If the prize winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, we reserve the right to remove the prize from your Rewards wallet.
12. We accept no responsibility for the failure to use your free prize voucher before it is expired due to your inactivity in the Greene King Mobile App.

7. Gameplay Redemption. Your Pub Match gameplay entry will be redeemed after 30 seconds of actual gameplay. This means if you exit the Pub Match game after 30 seconds without completing it, you will lose your gameplay and will not be able to play again unless you have another gameplay entry available.
8. Winner selection. One (1) winner and nine (9) runners-up will be selected each month based on the Pub Match Leaderboard from that month. The highest scoring player will be chosen as the winner and the proceeding nine (9) players will be the runners-up from all entries received. The Pub Match Leaderboard resets each month and the score from the previous month will not be transferred.
9. Prize. The winner will receive a £50 Greene King Voucher into their Greene King Mobile App Rewards Wallet and the nine (9) runners-up will also each receive one £10 Greene King Voucher. 5. Changing terms and conditions - We can change these terms and conditions at any time. You are advised to check the terms and conditions before ordering each time.
6. Updating App - From time to time we may automatically update the App and change the service to improve performance, enhance functionality, reflect changes to the operating system or address security issues. Alternatively, we may ask you to update the App for these reasons. If you choose not to install such updates or if you opt out of automatic updates you may not be able to continue using the App and the services.
7. Acceptable use restrictions - You must not use the App or any service in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these terms, or act fraudulently or maliciously. For example, by hacking into or inserting malicious code, such as viruses, or harmful data, into the App, any service or any operating system. You must not (i) infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party in relation to your use of the App or any service (to the extent that such use is not licensed by these terms); (ii) transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive or otherwise objectionable in relation to your use of the App or any service; (iii) use the App or any service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise our systems or security or interfere with other users; and (iv) collect or harvest any information or data from any service or our systems or attempt to decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running any service.8. You may not download the App more than once onto your device for fraudulent purposes – e.g. to benefit from multiple loyalty offers.
9. All products and offers are subject to availability. The pub manager may offer alternative products at their sole discretion or a refund.
10. Any refunds due will be processed through the pub’s till. Refunded sums will be returned to the card or account you paid with within 72 hours.
11. You are strongly advised to check your order before you submit it. Once you complete your order you will enter into a binding contract that cannot be amended or cancelled.
12. Liability due to downloading the app - Greene King accepts no responsibility for any damage or data loss caused to your mobile telephone or handheld device as a result of downloading the App.
13. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Our total liability to you in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with the App or your use of them, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed twice the value of your order or £100, whichever is lower.
14. Intellectual property rights - All intellectual property rights in the App, and the services throughout the world belong to us (or our licensors) and the rights in the App and the services are licensed (not sold) to you. You have no intellectual property rights in, or to, the App, or the services other than the right to use them in accordance with these terms.

2. Eligibility This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. The promotion excludes Greene King employees, their families, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

4. Participating Pubs This Sport Discount is available in England & Wales Only at participating Greene King managed sports pubs, Flaming Grill and Hungry Horse sports pubs. All venues in Scotland are excluded. The following brands are excluded from the promotion: Chef & Brewer Collection, Crafted, Farmhouse Inns, Metropolitan Pub Company, Hive, Nest.
5. Entry Requirements To participate through the Greene King Mobile App, you must: · Be a registered Greene King App Rewards member. · Provided Greene King with your Sports preference.
6. Offer Eligible customers can receive 10% off selected drinks. The offer is valid from one hour before, during, and up to one hour after any live televised sporting game, fixture or event shown in your participating Greene King Sports Pub and listed within the Greene King Sport App’s Fixture section. The offer is only valid on the dates and fixtures displayed in the Greene King Sport App.
7. Redemption To redeem the offer, customers must either present their valid Sports Discount voucher within the Greene King Mobile App at the till when ordering, or redeem the voucher when placing an order through the Greene King Mobile App. Only one voucher may be used per transaction. The offer is valid for one person only.
8. 9. Fixture Changes Live sports fixtures, kick-off times and broadcast schedules are determined by third-party broadcasters and sporting bodies and may change without notice. Where a fixture time or date is changed, the validity of the offer will adjust accordingly and will apply from one hour before the revised start time, during the event, and up to one hour after the event concludes, provided the event is shown live in the participating pub and listed in the Greene King Sport App’s Fixture section. Greene King accepts no responsibility for changes to fixture schedules made by third parties.
10. Broadcast Availability The offer is only valid when the relevant sporting event is being shown live within the participating Greene King Sports Pub. If a sporting event is not broadcast due to technical issues, signal failure, broadcaster cancellation, or any circumstances outside Greene King’s control, the offer may not be available for that fixture. Greene King will not be responsible for any loss of opportunity to redeem the offer where a broadcast cannot be shown due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11. Fixture Listing and App Information The Greene King Sport App Fixture section is provided for guidance only and may occasionally contain inaccuracies or be subject to delays in updating. If a fixture is incorrectly listed in the Greene King Sport App, or if a fixture appears in the app but is not being shown in a participating pub, the offer will only be valid where the relevant sporting event is actually being broadcast live within that pub. Where multiple fixtures overlap, the offer may only be applied to drinks purchased while at least one eligible live sporting event listed in the Greene King Sport App is being shown in the pub. Greene King reserves the right to determine the applicability of the offer in these circumstances, and the manager’s decision will be final.
12. Removal During Key Sporting Events Greene King reserves the right to remove or suspend the Sports Discount during selected key sporting events, including but not limited to major finals, championship matches, or other high-profile events. Where the discount is not available for a specific event, this will be communicated within the Greene King Mobile App or the Greene King Sport App Fixture section where reasonably possible. Greene King’s decision regarding the availability of the discount for any specific sporting event will be final.
13. Technical Issues Greene King accepts no responsibility for technical issues that may affect access to or redemption of the 10% Sports Discount, including but not limited to: Greene King Mobile App outages or temporary unavailability Software, hardware or network failures Connectivity issues preventing the voucher from being displayed or redeemed Errors affecting the availability, display or application of the 10% Sports Discount within the Greene King Mobile App If technical issues occur that materially affect the promotion, Greene King reserves the right to suspend, modify or withdraw the affected part of the promotion where reasonably necessary.
