Prize draw 1: 1 x pair of tickets to Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 semi-final 2, on 20 September in Bristol. TERMS & CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY NOTICE
Acceptance. By entering this promotion you are deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these terms and conditions.
Eligibility. Promotion is open to pubs in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and people who are aged 18 or over, who have signed up to the Greene King Sport App, except employees of Asahi UK or Greene King and their immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
Promotional Period. Within the Promotion Period there will be prize draws from entries received during the following Draw Periods:

Entry requirements. Scan your Asahi Super Dry 10% off QR code (available 1 hour before, during and 1 hour after every live televised fixture in the Offers section of the Greene King Sport app) when purchasing an Asahi Super Dry pint or 330ml bottle in a Greene King Sport pub during the promotional period.
Winner selection:
Draw Periods 1 & 2: The provisional winner of Draw Periods 1 and 2 will be notified by email to the email address registered with the Greene King Sport App within 24 hours of the date of winner selection advising of the win and asking for permission to pass the contact details to Asahi UK, the Promoter’s prize fulfilment partner, to arrange the prize. The provisional winner must respond within 48 hours of the date of first notification, confirming compliance with these terms and conditions and eligibility, at which point the winner will be confirmed. Failure to comply with this timeframe, or failure to provide evidence of compliance with these terms and conditions will result in the provisional winner being disqualified and a reserve will be contacted in the same manner with the same verification requirements, but a reserve winner might have less time to respond. If after approaching two reserves the Promoter has failed to allocate the prize, the Promoter shall not be obliged to approach any additional reserves and shall be entitled to withdraw the prize and allocate it as the Promoter sees fit.
Draw Period 3: The provisional winner of Draw Period 3 will be notified by email to the email address registered with the Greene King Sport App within 24 hours of the date of winner selection advising of the win and asking for address details, so that the prize can be fulfilled. The provisional winner must respond within 48 hours of the date of first notification, confirming compliance with these terms and conditions and eligibility, at which point the winner will be confirmed. Failure to comply with this timeframe, or failure to provide evidence of compliance with these terms and conditions will result in the provisional winner being disqualified and a reserve will be contacted in the same manner with the same verification requirements, but a reserve winner might have less time to respond. If after approaching two reserves the Promoter has failed to allocate the prize, the Promoter shall not be obliged to approach any additional reserves and shall be entitled to withdraw the prize and allocate it as the Promoter sees fit. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.
Prize. Prize Draw 1 & 2: 3 prizes available in total. There will be 1 x pair of tickets to Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 semi-final 2 in Bristol, Ashton Gate Stadium on Saturday 20 September. There will be 2 x pair of tickets to Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 final in Twickenham, Allianz Stadium, on Saturday 27 September.
Winner will be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter in order to validate their eligibility to claim the prize;

If the winner is unable to accept the prize, no compensation will be provided;

The terms and conditions of any third-party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third-party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to the prize will be offered unless in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which case we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify any winner, including their age (via means of photographic identification), before awarding a Prize and refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion.
Entries made from trade, syndicates or consumer groups will not be accepted. No entries (bulk or otherwise) from trade, agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, or using other means to create bulk entries, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is hiding their identity by using multiple email accounts, manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel any prize claimed by that entrant in breach of these terms and conditions.
Privacy – winner details: The name and region of the winners will be available by sending an email to. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by advising the promoter when accepting their prize. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
We accept no responsibility for failed delivery due to the provision of incorrect contact details by you.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize. We are not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
Intellectual property. You will retain ownership of any content, submissions and other material that you submit as part of this promotion. However, you grant us (and our agents and affiliates) a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use any such content, submissions and other material for the purposes of this promotion.
Publicity. The winner may be asked to take part in publicity relating to this promotion but this will be discussed with the winner before taking place.
Winner’s name. In accordance with the Advertising Standards Authority CAP Code, we intend to publish or make available the surname and county of any winner. Any winner that objects must notify us as soon as possible after you are informed that you have won.
General terms. No bulk, machine-generated consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. Entries are restricted to one entry per person. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same person or account, only the first entry will be accepted.
We reserve the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, technical or telecommunications faults. Proof of submitting is not proof of receipt.
We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to verify the winners, including, but not limited to, proof of identity and/or age, as required, and to withdraw a prize where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where an entrant has gained advantage in participating in the promotion or has won using fraudulent means.
Our decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
Owing to exceptional circumstances outside our reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to you in order to avoid undue disappointment.
Governing law & jurisdiction. These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and we and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Winners of Women’s RWC 2025 tickets must comply with the following additional terms:
Ticket Terms and Conditions: Each winner and his/her guest(s) as applicable agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the issue and use of tickets from time to time as available and set out at
https://media.ticketmaster.co.uk/tm/en-gb/img/static/pdf/2025/wrwc/terms_and_conditions.pdf or such other webpage as determined by World Rugby Events Designated Activity Company (“WRED”) from time to time) and all applicable WRED and tournament organiser “Tournament Organiser”) and venue owner or operator rules and regulations relating to access to Rugby World Cup venues and any other areas associated with Rugby World Cup (including any terms of accreditation determined by WRED). Further each winner and his/her guest(s) acknowledge that he/she may be required to enter into a direct acknowledgement and/or agreement with WRED and/or the Tournament Organiser concerning use of the tickets and compliance with ticket terms and conditions prior to receiving the prize.
Negative Publicity: Winners and/or guests shall not, while using any Women’s Rugby World Cup tickets, display or publicise any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing or an abuse of the Women’s Rugby World Cup, content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights) or reflects negatively upon any of WRED or the Women’s Rugby World Cup. Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that any breach of this clause 6.1.2 shall cause significant damage and loss to WRED.
Data Protection: By completing the RWC 2025 Winners Acceptance Form you are agreeing to receive emails from the Promoter unless you opt-out of such correspondence. Your information shall be securely stored in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Promoter shall not share your details with anyone else.
Use of Data: The Promoter may pass personal information relating to prize winners to WRED and/or Tournament Organiser (and any of their service providers or agents) for the purposes of monitoring the distribution and use of Rugby World Cup tickets and related experiences and, in the event of a suspected breach of any terms and conditions, rules or regulations of WRED and/or tournament organiser relating to the use of such tickets and/or experiences, investigating and taking action against such winners.
Responsibility for Promotion: This promotion is run by the Promoter with the permission of WRED. Accordingly the Promoter is responsible for the operation of and all matters and concerns relating to the promotion, not WRED or any other persons involved in the staging of Rugby World Cup 202520272029 (including Tournament Organiser) and World Rugby (formerly the International Rugby Board), all of whom shall not be responsible for or liable to entrants in any way whatsoever in connection with this promotion, except in relation to the handling of personal data it may receive from the Promoter.
