Table Bookings - Terms & Conditions 

General Conditions: 

  1. Please let us know if you can no longer make your booking. You can cancel your booking by clicking on the “Cancel this booking” link on your emails.
  2. Any amendments to your booking can be made by selecting the Booking Details link in your emails. The ability to amend your booking is not guaranteed and is based on availability. If unable to amend, please speak to the venue to review availability and/or booking type.
  3. If your booking includes children, please ensure the correct number of children are specified at the time of booking. Menu selections may be restricted based on the age information provided. Please note that not all our venues or areas can accommodate under 18s. We reserve the right to cancel the booking, or you may be asked to leave the area or venue, if proof of age cannot be provided.
  4. On the day of arrival, we will only hold your table(s) for 15 minutes. At busy times we may release your table after this time to ensure a great experience for all our guests.
  5. Your table is available for a specified time, and this will be communicated in your confirmation email. If you would like more time on the table, please speak to a member of the team who will check for availability.   
  6. Any special requests for your booking are not a guarantee, and should be discussed with the venue in advance.
  7. If you or a member of your party has an allergy or dietary requirement, please inform a member of the team on arrival.
  8. If you or a member of your party has an accessibility need, please contact the venue to ensure we can accommodate and make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Deposit Policy:

  1. If you have been required to pay a deposit upon booking, we require 72 hours’ notice in the event of a cancellation for this to refunded. (Stricter terms may apply for special events and menus, the Terms and Conditions for which will be displayed on our website.)
  2. If you cancel your own booking through the guest portal and the relevant notice period for your event/booking has been given, this will not automatically be refunded. The venue will need to be contacted to issue the refund.
  3. In the event of a No-Show, we reserve the right to withhold any refunds.
  4. You can redeem your deposit against your transactions made in the venue. Please note: deposits cannot be redeemed if using the Greene King app.
  5. We require all deposits to be paid within 48 hours of the booking being made. We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of your deposit not being received.
  6. If your party size is increased, the additional deposit amount is due within 48 hours of confirmation, or within 24 hours if less than 48 hours before booking arrival. w reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of your deposit not being received.
  7. If the venue has requested a deposit to secure your booking, please contact the venue for any queries related to this.  

Pre-order Policy:

  1. We reserve the right to cancel your booking should you not meet the pre-order deadline for your booking. This will be communicated to you at point of booking and in further communications relating to your booking.
  2. If your party size is increased, your pre-order must be completed before the pre-order deadline. If the pre-order deadline has passed, this must be completed within 24 hours.
  3. If you or a member of your party has an allergy or dietary requirement, please inform a member of the team on arrival. 
  4. We reserve the right to restrict menu selection to the age of the attendee. Where we choose to restrict this, the children’s menu is available exclusively to guests aged 15 years and under.

Extras:

  1. Products sold through Extras are subject to change and availability. We reserve the right to offer alternative products in venue.
  2. Extras payments are to be completed upon booking, including if the booking is made  over the phone or in one of our venues. We reserve the right to withdraw any extras where payment has not been made.
