just for you

Chase The Haze

This one’s fruity, fresh, and just a little bit wicked. Hazy Day is a gloriously smooth IPA bursting with orange, grapefruit, tropical vibes and a cheeky hint of coconut. Inspired by the 16th-century pillory punishments in Bury St Edmunds (yes, really), it’s the kind of pint that proves cloudy judgement can sometimes be a very good thing.

The Bell Inn, Nottingham

The Bell Inn dates back to the early 14th century and is one of Nottingham’s most famous and historic family friendly pubs. For those who are curious, names of previous landlords can be seen listed below ceiling level in the main back bar.

Based in Nottingham's Market Square Conservation Area, the Bell Inn is ideally located close to local city attractions. Within five minutes drive from the pub visitors can see Nottingham Castle and The Robin Hood Museum with the National Justice Museum just slightly further afield. If you’re visiting the city as a young family, be sure to check out the nearby Green’s Windmill and Science Centre and the City of Caves attractions too.

Tip: As a busy country pub situated in the city centre and just a few minutes walk from Nottingham Trent University, it’s often a good idea to book with us before you visit.

Your dog is our guest

Dogs are most welcome at The Bell Inn! Bring them inside or let them roam around outdoors in our beer garden if you prefer to dine al fresco style.
