- You can view all of our festive menus here.
- This will depend on the venue. If you're interested in booking a Christmas function or event at one of our pubs, please contact them directly.
- Yes, you will need to pay a deposit for any of our festive events including; Christmas Day, Breakfast with Santa, Festive Menu.
- Please check your booking confirmation email, from here you will be able to log into the portal to cancel or amend your booking.
- This will depend on the pub you have booked with, please check the terms and conditions in your booking confirmation.
Table Bookings
- To amend your booking, please refer to you booking email and click 'booking details'. You'll then be taken to a portal where you can manage your booking.
- To cancel your booking, please refer to you booking email and click 'cancel booking'. You'll then be taken to a portal where you can manage your booking.
- You're more than welcome to visit one of our pubs without a booking, but to ensure we have a table ready and waiting for you, we'd recommend booking a table.

- For standard, non-event bookings, we do not require you to pay a deposit when you book. However, if you are booking for an event such as Christmas Day or Breakfast with Santa, we do take a deposit when you book your table. This deposit is then deducted from the final amount you owe.

Live Sport
- Yes! Simply choose the match you want to book for on our booking page to secure your seat.
- As well as our named fixtures, which will be shown across all our sports pubs, there will also be Live Sport, a dedicated slot for other matches also on that day. Check our fixtures page to see which games are up for grabs!
Are you showing all the games?
Yes, we'll be showing every single fixture in the tournament, so we'd recommend booking to avoid disappointment, especially on those big days where there'll be plenty of sporting action happening. If the game you're after isn't available to book, it means we're all fully booked up for that match, but don't worry! We'll always have room for walk-ins, although table space will be limited.
How long do I get at my table?
You'll get 3 hours at the table, so plenty of time to enjoy the match, and maybe a few drinks afterwards to digest all the action!
Do I have to book, or can I just walk in?
We'd recommend booking a table so you can grab an uninterrupted view of the action, but don't worry if you're feeling a bit more spontaneous, as we'll always have some space for walk-ins, although we can't guarantee your spot.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
At some of our sites in London there will be a £20 minimum spend, and at a selected number of our other sports pubs there will be a £5 deposit. For the majority of our sites however, including all Hungry Horse and Flaming Grill, there will be no deposit to pay.
- Sure! When you book a table at your chosen venue using the Live Sport option, in the special request box let us know which game you'd like to see. We'll do our best to get the game on for you, but sadly we can't guarantee every match will be shown.
- 3 hours, giving you up to an hour before the game plus time to discuss the match afterwards!
- We'll have booking slots every 15 minutes for an hour before kick-off. Our team will be on hand to help out the best they can during busy matchdays.
- To ensure everyone gets a seat for all the action, all we ask is that you're at your table within 15 minutes of your chosen booking time. So, if your booking starts at 7pm for a 8pm kick-off, we'll need you to be there by 7.15pm. If you're not at your table 15 minutes after your booking, the table will be released.
- Nope! All we ask is that you're at your table in time! However, there may be a deposit charge when booking for a large event such as the football World Cup or the Euros.
Food & Drink
- Yes, we do! However, the options available will vary. Please refer to our menu to see the full range available.
- Yes, we do! You can view our 'Non-Gluten Containing Menu' here. We also recommend checking allergen information with a member of staff in venue.
- To find information on allergens, please look out for icons on our menus either in venue or online. Alternatively, you can check these with a member of staff when you're in the venue.
- Our deals change frequently, but you can find out information about our latest deals here.
- Due to the UK’s strict licensing laws, Greene King as a company operates a proof of age scheme and track attempts by underage drinkers to order alcoholic drinks. Customers are not served alcohol without their current forms of ID and as a responsible retailer we are extremely strict on identifying underage drinkers. Our company policy is that the only acceptable forms of ID are a valid UK passport or a valid full UK driving licence. All House Managers and their staff have been instructed to check ID of all customers purchasing alcohol who appear to be under the age of 21 years old. If there is any doubt about the age of the customer, or the customer does not produce ID when requested, our staff have the right to refuse service and may ask the customer to leave the premises.

- At Greene King, we strive to make our venues as accessible as possible so that everyone can enjoy their time at the pub. However, some of our older venues, particularly our listed buildings may not be as accessible as others. We recommend checking if we can cater to your needs ahead of your visit, you can do this by calling us on +44 151 426 3849. If you need any assistance whilst visiting us, please just ask a member of staff.
The greene king app
- We are looking at future enhancements, with our payment provider, to enable card details to be stored. If you prefer a quicker checkout, we recommend PayPal or Google/Apple Pay.
- If you have processed your refund with the pub, you should expect your funds to be returned to your payment method within 72 hours. Alternatively, if you have contacted our Customer Relations team post visit, refunds can take up to 5 days to show in your account.
- We ask all customers to log in again after three months of inactivity for security purposes.
We have a huge variety of pubs and restaurants, and we offer different experiences in each of our many formats. For example, in our Chef & Brewer restaurants, we offer full table service – for this reason, while you are welcome to order drinks in the bar area through our app, if you would like to dine with us, our team will take your food order face-to-face.
Some of our pubs may turn off the app during peak times to ensure they can provide all customers with the highest level of service.
- Please contact the pub you have ordered the food to as soon as you realise. They can then cancel your order, triggering a refund back to you.
- Unfortunately, not all of our pubs have app ordering available, you may still be able to browse the menu, but you’ll need to go to the bar if you want to order.
- Yes, you can. These will be calculated during the checkout process.
General
- Yes, we do. Please notify your server when you are paying that you wish to use a gift card towards your bill.
- Please present your QR code when placing your order at the till, which entitles the bearer to 15% off Food at a participating pub.
The 15% off food offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, menu promotion or on Bank Holidays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year's Day. Offer valid for bills up to £200, max discount £30. Cannot be used in conjunction with Tesco vouchers or Greene King employee vouchers, including friend & family vouchers.
Only one redemption per person, per transaction, for a maximum of 10 guests including you. Invalid memberships will not be accepted.
Blue Light Card discount voucher can't be used in tenanted and leased pubs in our Pub Partners estate. It also can’t be used in any Metropolitan Pub Company site, the Boat (Catherine-De-Barnes), Four Oaks (Sutton Coldfield), the Foundry Bell (Wokingham) the Watermill (Dorking) the Cart & Horses (Kings Worthy), and the Prince of Wales (Esher).
