Dating back to the 1860's, Inn on the Green was initially a cottage with a hardware store for a front room. This business developed throughout the next 100 years, turning from hardware store, to cycle shop and in 1974, the pub as we know it today.
The Inn On The Green is a beautiful pub overlooking the Village Green in Harpenden. We are close to the railway station from where it is just a twenty-minute journey to London St Pancras. Inside the pub, we have a large open-plan area, with a snug room perfect for small functions and private dining.
