Partnering with Eden Project Communities

Five years on, following feedback from our teams and new insights showing that 41% of people feel there are no places where the local community can get together, we’re evolving the initiative to become Closer Communities.

To support us with this, we’ve partnered with Eden Project Communities, who are experts in community and social development and have strong representation across the UK. This partnership will be a huge driver in helping us to connect with existing community groups and understand the needs of our local communities.

Bringing people together

At Greene King we’re proud to be at the heart of our communities and want to leave a lasting impact now and for generations to come. As part of our Environment and Social strategic commitments, we’re continuing to build on the great work we do to support our people and our customers by launching Closer Communities, an initiative designed to help everyone in our business bring people together.
