We appreciate these are incredibly challenging times for all our customers following the closure of all pubs, bars, clubs and restaurants.

While the future is so uncertain it is heartening to see the measures our government is putting in place. If we know one thing about our industry, it is resilient and we will find a way to get through the difficulties we are facing. On that note below is guidance as to how we will look to support you going forward.

STOCK

We intend to collect all kegs and casks we have delivered that go out of date, replacing those un-broached with fresh stock at no cost to yourselves when you reopen.

RETURNS

As you can imagine this is hugely challenging in the current environment with regards to logistics so please allow us some time to work out how this is to be managed. If you have un-broached product you would like to return email your account number along with quantities of un-breached stock (brand/size) to Solutions@greeneking.co.uk. and we will be in touch once we are clear how the process will work.

PAYMENTS

We understand that closure of the trade will be impacting your finances and cashflow. We will review the needs of each customer on an individual basis and look to support you as best we can. Please contact your SDM if you would like a further conversation.
