After a successful trial, Loch Fyne Restaurant + Bar, part of Greene King, has announced the rollout of its new loyalty app to each of its 21 sites nationwide this month.

In conjunction with the app launch, Loch Fyne Restaurant + Bar has also revealed its new loyalty scheme which allows customers to collect a stamp each time they spend £12 or more during a visit. Stamps can be accumulated and redeemed against a number of menu items, including drinks, desserts, main meals and more. The existing card-based Loch Fyne Friends discount card will be transitioned into an in-app QR code, which will digitally track customer visits and unlock exclusive rewards.

Michael Horan, managing director of Loch Fyne Restaurant + Bar, said: “The primary objective of the app is to bring the brand into the digital age, migrating the existing Loch Fyne Restaurant + Bar Friends loyalty card into an app-based mechanic, which will open a dynamic channel of communication for us to engage with customers and share personalised loyalty offers.

“We know our customers are looking for increased convenience when dining out, and by housing the ever-popular Loch Fyne Restaurant + Bar Friends stamp card alongside our full range of menus, offers and the functionality to book a table all in one place, we hope our guests will benefit from the app.”
