TERMS & CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY NOTICE
1. Acceptance. By entering this promotion you are deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only. Employees of Greene King, their families, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period. The promotion opens at 00:00 on 16th February 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 15th May 2026. Customer must submit their goal prediction on the day of the match. Entries must be submitted within 1 hour to 5 minutes before the fixture is scheduled to kick-off.4. Entry requirements. Download the Greene King Sport App and purchase a Coca -Cola Original Taste or Coca- Cola Zero Sugar to gain access to the game. Maximum of 7 entries per week.
5. How to participate: To enter, purchase a Coca-Cola Original Taste or Coca-Cola Zero Sugar 16oz or 22oz or 330ml glass icon, scan the QR code in the Greene King Sport App, then you’ll receive a token to play the Goal Predictor. All predictions will need to be submitted within 1 hour to 5 minutes before the scheduled kick-off time of the match. When choosing to use their token, the player will be asked to choose their preferred club, and the ticket prize draw they want to be entered into. A participant will only be entered into the prize draw to win tickets to their preferred match if they correctly predict the number of goals for the match selected. Once the prediction has been made a partipants answers will be locked -in, and the token is spent, so the participant will need to complete another purchase if they wish to make another prediction for a different televised fixture that gameweek. A maximum of 7 predictions can be made per week.
If a prediction is deemed to be successful at the end of the match the user will be notified that they’ve won.
6. Winner selection & Prizes
Premier League Tickets Prizes:
10x pairs of tickets are available to be won to a 2026 Premier League fixture in accordance with the table below.
The Prize includes £250 BACS transfer to cover travel or accommodation arrangements for the Winner and their guest.
The Winner (and their guest) must be over the age of 18 on the date of the fixture. Tickets will be located within the Home Supporter areas of the ground.
Fixture dates and timings are subject to change, at the Supplier’s reasonable discretion, and no alternative matches will be offered.
Prize cannot be transferred to someone else, no cash alternative.
Prizes are subject to any relevant terms and conditions of the Premier League, any relevant Premier League club and the ground regulations of any relevant Premier League club’s stadium.
Tickets are STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE and MUST NOT BE SOLD nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any ticket obtained in breach of these terms and conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be nullified.

The Supplier’s designated agency, Trunk Agency will supply and pay for the Prize as agent for the Winner from the following email address: Cocacolawin@trunk.agency and winners agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties including, without limitation, any relevant travel or tour operator. The Supplier or its designated agency will contact the winners via email in accordance with the table below to arrange prize delivery. Winners will be selected by random draw from the pool of participants that have correctly predicted the number of goals for each match. Winners will also receive an in-app notification.
Premier League Official Club Shirts Prizes:
20 x Premier League club shirts to be won in accordance with the table below.
There is no guarantee of receiving the shirt of a particular team, shirts will be awarded at the Supplier’s discretion and are subject to availability.
Participants that have made at least one correct goal prediction during the promotional period will be entered into a prize draw to win a Premier League clubshirt. There will be 20 different prize draws, one for each respective club outlined below. Subject to submitting a correct goal prediction a participant will be entered into the random draw for their chosen preferred club.
The Supplier’s designated agency Trunk Agency will contact the winners using the details provided at entry to ask for their preferred Home club shirt,, and to arrange delivery of the Prize from the following email address: Cocacolawin@trunk.agency. You will be required to provide your preferred club shirt size, and home address to arrange delivery of the Prize. The Supplier or its designated agency will contact the winners within 48 hours of 15/05/26 to arrange delivery of the Prize.
Unless otherwise directed by the Promoter, winners must respond to winning entry correspondence within 48 hours of being notified. If the winner fails to respond within 48 hours of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to choose a new winner.

8. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to the prize will be offered unless in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which case we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.
10. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner using the details on entry. However, if a response has not been received within 48 hours, when contacted on two separate occasions, or if the selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions.
11. We accept no responsibility for failed delivery due to the provision of incorrect contact details by you.
12. Delivery. The winners of the Premier League club shirts will receive their prize within 30 days of prize acceptance, and the winners confirmation of shirt size and home address. The Premier League match ticket winners will receive their tickets and £250 BACS payment up to 48 hours before the match commences.
13. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize. We are not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
14. Intellectual property. You will retain ownership of any content, submissions and other material that you submit as part of this promotion. However, you grant us (and our agents and affiliates) a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use any such content, submissions and other material for the purposes of this promotion.
15. Publicity. The winners may be asked to take part in publicity relating to this promotion but this will be discussed with the winners before taking place.
16. Winner’s name. In accordance with the Advertising Standards Authority CAP Code, we intend to publish or make available the surname and county of any winner. Any winner that objects must notify us as soon as possible after you are informed that you have won.
17. General terms. No bulk, machine-generated consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. Entries are restricted to one entry per person. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same person or account, only the first entry will be accepted.
18. We reserve the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, technical or telecommunications faults. Proof of submitting is not proof of receipt.
19. We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to verify the winners, including, but not limited to, proof of identity and/or age, as required, and to withdraw a prize where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where an entrant has gained advantage in participating in the promotion or has won using fraudulent means.
20. Our decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
21. Owing to exceptional circumstances outside our reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to you in order to avoid undue disappointment.
22. Governing law & jurisdiction. These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and we and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
