QR code only available 1 hour before, during and 1 hour after every live televised fixture in the Offers section of the Greene King Sport app. Promotion closes at 23:59 on 3 August 2025. There is 1 x prize to be won which includes access to the Oracle Red Bull Racing HQ in Milton Keynes for a 2-hour factory tour and to watch the Formula 1 Dutch GP race on screen at Racing HQ for winner + guest (both 18+). Each prize will also include a minimum 4* hotel accommodation only (1 room per prize based on 2 adults aged 18+ sharing) for 1 night on Sunday 31st August 2025 and £200 travel allowance per winning pair. TERMS & CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY NOTICE
Acceptance. By entering this promotion you are deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these terms and conditions.
Eligibility. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only. Employees of Greene King or Heineken, their families, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.
Promotional Period. This promotion closes at 23:59 on 3 August 2025.
Entry requirements. your unique Heineken 10% off QR code when purchasing a Heineken 0.0 in a Greene King Sport pub. QR code only available 1 hour before, during and 1 hour after every live televised fixture in the Offers section of the Greene King Sport app.
Winner selection. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn at random from all qualifying entries and will be contacted by email or phone within 2 days of the draw date. If the winner does not reply within 3 working days, another winner will be drawn. If the second winner does not reply to the email within 3 working days, another winner will be drawn, and so on until a winner is confirmed. However there will be a cut off date of 22/08/2025 as it gets closer to the event. Provisional winners will be contacted by Heineken’s prize fulfilment agency:
Heineken@mihhandling.co.uk to verify their win. The Prize will be arranged by email between the Promoter’s prize fulfilment agency (MIH Handling) and the winner. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the prize is organised. The prize is as detailed above and cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
Prize. There is 1 x prize to be won which includes access to the Oracle Red Bull Racing HQ in Milton Keynes for a 2-hour factory tour and to watch the Formula 1 Dutch GP race on screen at Racing HQ for winner + guest (both 18+). The winner and guest must travel together in all instances, on the same dates and time, take the same trip and share the same room in all provided accommodation. The winner will forgo the Prize in totality if the winner fails to attend the scheduled booking, and the Promoter and any prize providers shall have no further obligation to the winner. The winner must be available on set dates above and no alternative dates are available if the winner cannot attend and must forfeit their prize.
The terms and conditions of any third-party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third-party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to the prize will be offered unless in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which case we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.
Notification. The winner will be informed of their prize within 2 working days following the end of the promotion, unless otherwise specified.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to honour a prize and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

We accept no responsibility for failed delivery due to the provision of incorrect contact details by you.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize. We are not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
Intellectual property. You will retain ownership of any content, submissions and other material that you submit as part of this promotion. However, you grant us (and our agents and affiliates) a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to use any such content, submissions and other material for the purposes of this promotion.
Publicity. The winner may be asked to take part in publicity relating to this promotion but this will be discussed with the winner before taking place.
General terms. No bulk, machine-generated consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. Entries are restricted to one entry per person. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same person or account, only the first entry will be accepted.
We reserve the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, technical or telecommunications faults. Proof of submitting is not proof of receipt.
We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to verify the winners, including, but not limited to, proof of identity and/or age, as required, and to withdraw a prize where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where an entrant has gained advantage in participating in the promotion or has won using fraudulent means.
Our decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
Owing to exceptional circumstances outside our reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to you in order to avoid undue disappointment.
Governing law & jurisdiction. These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and we and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize

The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
None of Oracle Red Bull Racing or affiliated entities are sponsors or administrators of this Promotion and are in no way responsible for the administration of this Promotion.
