1. Acceptance. By entering this promotion you are deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only. Employees of Greene King, their families, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period. This promotion opens at 00:01 on 1.11.25 and closes at 11:59 on 30.11.25.

5. Winner selection. 1 winner will be selected at random from all entries received.
6. Prize. The winner and one guest will receive a luxury trip to Courmayeur, Mont Blanc, Italy, including return economy flights from a London Airport (Gatwick, City, Heathrow or Luton) to Geneva, with private transfers from airport to hotel in Italy, 3 nights stay at the 5* Grand Hotel Courmayeur, breakfast, ski lift passes and equipment hire. Extensions, alterations and upgrades are subject to availability and at the winner’s expense.
7. The terms and conditions of any third-party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third-party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.
8. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to the prize will be offered unless in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which case we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.
9. Notification. The winner will be informed of their prize within 30 working days following the end of the promotion, unless otherwise specified.
10. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner using the details on entry. However, if a response has not been received within 48 hours, if the selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions.

12. Delivery. The winner will need to take the trip between January 10th 2026 – 27th March 2026.
13. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize. 14. Intellectual property. You will retain ownership of any content, submissions and other material that you submit as part of this promotion. 4.1.7 The prize is not inclusive of any other travel expenses, or any other expense incurred not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being part of the prize.
4.1.8 The winner and their guest must each have a valid passport and have all necessary and relevant visas (if applicable) to travel to the chosen prize destination. Each person’s passport must have an expiry date no less than 6 months following the dates of travel, unless otherwise specified by a pertinent regulation. All passport and visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the relevant winner and guest.
4.1.9 The prize package must be taken as a whole, flights and hotels cannot be redeemed separately. The winner and their guest must travel together on the same flight to the prize destination and stay in the same hotel.
4.1.10 Travel insurance is excluded from the prize. The winner and guest must obtain travel insurance covering all personal requirements including any pre-existing medical conditions and all provisions provided by the Promoter during the prize claim process.
