A maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day and a maximum of 1 prize may be won per person per day.

Winner Selection and How to Redeem your Prize
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult when participating in the Tier 1 festival ticket prize.

Tier 1 festival ticket prizes do not include accommodation or travel. These along with spending money and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
Winner Selection: The winners will be selected by ‘open winning moments’.
The festival tickets and Ticketmaster vouchers will to a randomly allocated through ‘open winning moments’. There are 13 x open winning moments available throughout the promotionl period, with 8 x open winning moments available throughout the campaign. The first person to enter on or after a winning moment will have won the prize to which it is linked. If not all Ticketmaster prizes are won, a mop-up draw will take place on 01.09.2025 from all valid entries.
Participants will find out instantly if they have won a prize.
If the Coca-Cola Zero Sugar 16oz vouchers are available a participants will receive a voucher and will automatically be placed into the ‘open winning moments’ prize draw. If all Coca-Cola Zero Sugar 16oz vouchers have been claimed, a participant will only be entered into the ‘open winning moments’ draw to win festival tickets, or a Ticektmaster voucher.
The opening winning moments will take place in accordance with clause 10.
Winning moments (and their associated prizes) will not roll over from one week to the next. Prizes of any unmatched winning moments in a week will form part of the mop-up draw.
Winner Notification:
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Prizes The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners by email within 7 days, if they have failed to supply complete and/or accurate information for delivery of the prize. However, if a winner has not responded within 5 days, or if a selected winner is ineligible, in breach of these rules, or unable to take up the prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the winner’s prize entitlement and re-enter the prize into the prize pool.
Tier 3 prizes - Winners will find out instantly after registering whether they have won a prize a Coca-Cola Zero Siugar 16oz voucher. Winners will then be contacted via email address provided on registration for further details on their prize.
The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize delivery. All prizes returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted.
Prize Fulfilment: Tier 1 & 2 prizes will be dispatched to winners within 7 days of the winner responding.

By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by these rules. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these rules, or of the spirit of this promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept an entry and/or disqualify an entrant or a winner.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to a prize will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original or vary these rules due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
If a prize is not redeemed within its validity period, the prize will become null and void and will not be reinstated.
