  A. Validity of Participation

  1. Any person over the age of 18 who is resident in the United Kingdom may take part in this Promotion, excluding employees of the Promoter and companies involved and their immediate relatives, agents, third parties, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

  2. Opening date for participation in the Promotion as described on the Promotion land page, accessed by the Greene King App in any participating venue, is from 0:01 on 20/07/2026. Entries received after the closing date of 14/09/2026 will not be considered.

  B. Participation and Notification

  1. To participate in the Promotion, play the game through the Greene King or Belhaven App. To enter the prize draw players must enter their full name, date of birth and a valid email address (the “Entry Mechanism”).

  2. Instant Win - Free Drink Offer (Excluding Scotland):

  Entry into the Promotion entitles the user to one free drink from the following:

  • 50ml Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey & Coca-Cola
  • 16oz Coca-Cola Original Taste
  • 16oz Coca-Cola Zero Sugar
  • 16oz Diet Coke

  4. All winners are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  5. The Promoter is not responsible for submissions that have not been transmitted, whether due to delay, destruction or technical reasons. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.

  C. Prizes

  There will be:

  1. One top prize consisting of: x4 tickets to one Wembley Stadium event, (event subject to availability) plus 1x£200 to cover travel & expenses which will be transferred via BACS to the winner. Supplied by Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.
  2. 4000 Free Jack Daniel’s and Coke serves (one per consumer) (Excluding Scotland)
  3. 1000 Half Price Jack Daniel’s and Coke serves (one per consumer) (Scotland only)

  All winners are selected at random, free drink & half price drink offers are allocated randomly throughout the campaign period. The x4 Wembley tickets will be drawn at random from all participating entries at the end of the campaign on 15.09.2026.

  Wembley Ticket Prizes Details:

  1. The winner will have the opportunity to attend an event at Wembley Stadium between September 2026 and July 2027. A full list of eligible events will be provided to the winner, from which they may make their selection. All events are subject to availability.
  2. The winner must select their preferred event within one month of being notified of their prize. If the winner does not make a selection within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
  3. The winner of the top prize will have to provide a valid UK bank account and their details will need to be shared with Wembley stadium, as below, to ensure eligibility to attend the event.
  4. Once the winners have been verified, winners will receive an email on the email address they entered the promotion with. This will contain details of their winning event prize details and instructions on how to redeem.
  5. The Winner of the top prize (and their guests) are responsible for all travel and other expenses.
  6. Winners of the special Wembley event Tickets will not be able to change their tickets once confirmed, regardless of personal circumstances.
  7. As part of the verification process with Wembley Stadium the winners may be required to provide suitable information to answer questions to confirm eligibility and help ensure that they’ve not been removed from Wembley previously or have a ban on attending or have any related incidents related to Wembley Stadium. This process could take 1 – 3 working days. Part of the verification process may also include questions during the claim process and a review of personal information sourced from data available in the public domain. All necessary checks/conditions must be adhered to. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner on the basis of the findings resulting from such background or information check.
  8. Any ticket obtained in breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be nullified.
  9. Tickets are STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE and MUST NOT BE SOLD nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
  10. Once the winner has been verified and bank details have been supplied, the £200 to support travel and expenses for the Wembley event will be sent via BACS. This process will happen as quickly as possible but please allow up to 28 working days for the money to be delivered from valid claim and the completion of the verification process. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they provide a valid UK bank details for prize fulfilment.
  11. Post verification, the Wembley tickets will be dispatched digitally via email to the consumers email address they used to enter the promotion.   12. Wembley tickets will be emailed securely to the winners’ email address prior to the relevant concert date. If circumstances mean that it is not viable to provide the tickets before the concert, then the tickets may be arranged to be securely collected (with the relevant ID) from a location at Wembley by the winner.

  D. Ownership of Promotion entries and intellectual property rights

  1. All Promotion entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.

  2. Entrants agree that by submitting their Promotion entry and any accompanying material, that they agree:

  1. that all intellectual property rights associated with the Promotion, including the brands associated with the Promotion, are owned by Promoter and/or the Promoter Affiliated Parties, and entrants have no right to use any intellectual property associated with the Promotion except in connection with the Promotion entry and accompany material;
  2. to assign to the Promoter any and all intellectual property rights associated with the Promotion entry and accompanying materials, with full title guarantee, such that Promoter has the full and exclusive right to use, reproduce, or publish such Promotion entry and accompanying materials; and
  3. to waive all moral rights in and to their Promotion entry and accompanying materials otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which entrants may now or at any time in the future be entitled under copyright, right of publicity, right of privacy, and other intellectual property laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the Promotion occurs.

  3. Entrants agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make their entry available on its website https://www.jackdanielsmakeitcount.com/smash-hits/ and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Promotion. Entrants agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the Promotion entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the Promotion entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes. Entrants agree that, by submitting their Promotion entry, they waive any and all claims against Promoter or the Promoter Affiliated Parties for right of publicity or right of privacy relating to Promoter’s public reference or publication of the name or other identifying information of an Entrant.

  E. Limitations

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative, materially equivalent prize if the trip does not take place for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter.
  2. Save for any liability incurred by the participant that cannot be limited by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any personal injury, death or expense incurred by the entrant in their participation in this Promotion and any prize which may result in their participation in this Promotion.
  3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received or for undelivered or delayed entries, which were unable to be delivered or received for any reason beyond its control.
  4. The prize is as stated and is not transferable, no cash alternative is available.

  F. Consent and Data Protection

  1. By participating in the Promotion, each winner acknowledges and consents that his / her name and image may be used in reasonable future publicity for marketing or promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  2. Unless an entrant has indicated that he/she would like to receive communications from the Promoter in the future, his/her personal data will only be held for the purpose of administering the promotion and will not be retained once the prize draw has been concluded and each winner has received their prize.
  3. The entrant acknowledges that Brown-Forman Corporation (BROWN-FORMAN) and other companies within the BROWN-FORMAN group (details of which are available on request) or BROWN-FORMAN's agents, partners or licensees, will handle their personal information, in accordance with the BROWN-FORMAN privacy policy https://legal.brown-forman.com/privacy-policy/english, for legitimate business purposes such as to provide them with personalized services and content, to analyze and consider ways of improving our services and products, and to respond to their requests. The entrants personal information may be transferred to any country where BROWN-FORMAN group companies or our service providers have facilities and personal information will be retained as permitted by applicable law. If in the future, the entrant does not wish to receive further communications from the BROWN-FORMAN group and would prefer to be removed from its database, or if the entrant wishes to make corrections to their details or change how you receive communications from us, please write to: privacy@b-f.com

  G. Further points

  1. Entrants are deemed to have read, understood and consented to these Terms and Conditions of participation by participating in the Promotion.
  2. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
