• Allergens

  Adults need around 2000kcal a day.

  You can view our allergen information if you download our app, or visit our website at www.greeneking.co.uk.

  Please advise the team of any dietary requirements before ordering.

  (V) Suitable for Vegetarians. (Ve) Suitable for Vegans. Please note that we do not operate a dedicated vegetarian/vegan kitchen area. (N) Dish contains Nuts. †Fish, poultry and shellfish dishes may contain bones and/or shell. Scampi may contain one or more tail per piece. *All stated weights are approximate before cooking.

  Our dishes are prepared in kitchens where nuts and gluten are present as well as other allergens; we cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free from traces of allergens, due to the risk of unexpected cross contamination. We do not include ‘may contain’ information. Our menu descriptions do not list all ingredients. Dishes may contain alcohol. Calorie counts are correct at time of print. Please be aware the allergen information for our dishes may change between the date of booking and the date of your visit. We would advise all of our guests contact a member of the team on the date of their visit to confirm the allergen information of their selected meals.

• Bookings and deposits

  Christmas is our busiest time of year and therefore we kindly ask our customers to confirm their booking by paying a deposit when visiting us at peak times.

  Seasonal Menu

  For those customers choosing to book from our Seasonal Menu, we look forward to welcoming you. Our Seasonal Menu is available from Tuesday 29th October 2024. We kindly ask groups of 4 or more for a £5 deposit (per adult and child) to confirm any booking in December. For groups of 8 or more we will also require your menu choices 7 days prior to your visit. If your booking is less than 7 days away, then menu choices are required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining.

  Christmas Day Menu

  For those customers choosing to book from our Christmas Day Menu, we look forward to welcoming you. Please note no booking is confirmed until a deposit is received: £20 per adult, £10 per child. Full payment and menu choices are required by 11th December 2024. If booking after this date, then full payment and menu choices are required within 48 hours of booking. No bookings will be taken after 18th December 2024 if dining from the Christmas Day menu. Management reserves the right to withdraw/change offers (without notice) at any time.

• Refunds and cancellations

  Seasonal Menu

  If for any reason we are unable to host your get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, and you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit. If you wish to cancel, please provide at least 72 hours' notice to allow us time to re-book your table. This notice ensures you receive a 100% refund, whether you're cancelling the entire reservation or just reducing the number of guests. Our pub teams will organise this for you. If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s) and if it’s a late change we will need the pre-order for the additional customer(s) immediately too please. If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 72 hours, no refund is available.

  To obtain your refund please just call the pub you placed your booking with.

  Christmas Day Menu Bookings
