• Christmas Early Booking Incentive

  To be eligible to receive a £10 voucher, you must make an online booking for one of our festive menus for a minimum party of four guests by 31st October 2025. The online booking must be made and the deposit paid in full by 31st October 2025.
  
  £10 gift vouchers are valid from 3rd January - 31st March 2026, excluding Valentine's Day 14th February 2026 and Mother's Day weekend 29th and 30th March 2026. Only one gift voucher will be accepted per transaction. No cash alternative. The voucher may only be used in a single transaction and no change will be given. At least £5 of the total voucher value must be spent on food, including at least one main meal, which can include breakfast and sharers. Voucher cannot be used against the balance of the festive booking. Voucher cannot be used against the purchase of gift cards. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discount vouchers or Greene King employee vouchers, including friend & family vouchers – but can be used against promotion (e.g. daily deals or set menus). Greene King reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time. Gift vouchers are not available to Greene King employees or those under 18 years old. Vouchers will be delivered electronically by email on 3rd January 2026 (if you have provided a valid email address as part of your online booking and have opted-in to receive our email marketing communications). Gift vouchers are redeemable at participating Flaming Grill pubs. To redeem, please present your unique voucher code within the email you receive at the till. Enjoy responsibly.   We’d love to organise your Christmas Day celebration – you can book online, in person in the pub or over the phone. Christmas Day menu is available 25th December 2024 only. No booking is reserved until a deposit of £10 per adult and £5 per child is received – and then full payment is required by 11th December 2024 (or within 48 hours, if booking after this date, no later than 18th December 2024.) Please confirm your pre-order food choices by 11th December 2024 (or within 48 hours, if booking after this date). All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to alter or amend the offer at any time. If your party cancel on you, please tell us ASAP as charges may apply unless 7 days’ notice is given. Children between 5-10 years old need around 1800 calories a day, this will vary by age and level of activity, some children will need less, and some will need more.   ºOur Festive Feast menus are available from 12th November 2024 to 1st January 2025 excluding Christmas Day. No festive booking is confirmed until a deposit is received. Please speak to a member of the team at your chosen venue regarding maximum number of guests. Festive Feast bookings require a deposit of £5 per adult and £3 per child attending. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible, as any meals not taken on the day may be charged, unless 48 hours notice is given.

  Pre-orders are really important during our busiest time of year, Christmas takes so much planning so please get your group’s pre-orders in on time. Festive Feast pre-orders should be received no later than 7 days prior to your booking. If your booking is less than 7 days away, your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining. You’ll be sent all the information on how to make your pre-order once you’ve booked. Please don’t forget the allergens and dietary needs section, if we know all of this in advance then it’s all smooth sailing. Finally, if you can bring your booking confirmation and any pre-order details with you, that would be great. We know it’s easy to forget what you’ve ordered so it would be a massive help if one person in the group took control. • Refunds and Cancellations

  If for any reason we are unable to host your get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, and you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit and any additional pre-paid packages.
  
  If you would like to cancel your Christmas Day booking, please give us 7 days’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers.
  
  If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s) and if it’s a late change (after 11 December 2024), your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and no later than 18 December 2024. If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 7 days’ notice, no refund is available.
