ºOur Festive Feast menus are available from 12th November 2024 to 1st January 2025 excluding Christmas Day. No festive booking is confirmed until a deposit is received. Please speak to a member of the team at your chosen venue regarding maximum number of guests. Festive Feast bookings require a deposit of £5 per adult and £3 per child attending. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible, as any meals not taken on the day may be charged, unless 48 hours notice is given.
Pre-orders are really important during our busiest time of year, Christmas takes so much planning so please get your group’s pre-orders in on time. Festive Feast pre-orders should be received no later than 7 days prior to your booking. If your booking is less than 7 days away, your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining. You’ll be sent all the information on how to make your pre-order once you’ve booked. Please don’t forget the allergens and dietary needs section, if we know all of this in advance then it’s all smooth sailing. Finally, if you can bring your booking confirmation and any pre-order details with you, that would be great. We know it’s easy to forget what you’ve ordered so it would be a massive help if one person in the group took control. If for any reason we are unable to host your get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, and you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit and any additional pre-paid packages.
If you would like to cancel your Christmas Day booking, please give us 7 days’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers.
If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s) and if it’s a late change (after 11 December 2024), your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and no later than 18 December 2024. If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 7 days’ notice, no refund is available.To obtain your refund please call the pub you placed your booking with.
