Terms & Conditions

• Early Booking Offer

  • Valid for all confirmed deposited bookings of 4 or more people on Seasonal Menu, Breakfast with Santa, Bottomless Brunch, Christmas Buffet or Christmas Day bookings between Tuesday 12th November 2024 and Thursday 2nd January 2025 inclusive.
  • Offer only available to those who book online and have paid their full deposit by midnight on Tuesday 31st October 2024.
  • Guests will receive a £10 voucher to be used from Monday 6th January 2025 –Saturday 29th March 2025, excluding Valentine’s Day (14th February 2025).
  • Voucher may only be used in a single transaction and no change will be given. At least £5 of the total voucher must be spent on food, including at least one main meal, which can include breakfast and sharers.
  • Voucher cannot be used against the purchase of gift cards.
  • Only one voucher will be accepted per transaction.
  • No cash alternative.
  • The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discount vouchers or Greene King employee vouchers including friend & family vouchers –but can be used against promotion (e.g. daily deals or set menus).
  • Vouchers are not available to Greene King employees or those under 18 years old.
  • A single voucher will be delivered electronically by email on Monday 6th January 2025 to the lead booker (if a valid email address has been provided as part of your online booking) for completed valid bookings (cancelled bookings will not receive the voucher).

  • To redeem, please present your unique voucher code within the email you receive at the till.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

• Festive Fayre

  Our Festive Fayre menus are available from 12th November 2024 to 2nd January 2025 excluding Christmas Day.  No festive booking is confirmed until a deposit is received. Please speak to a member of the team at your chosen venue regarding maximum number of guests. Festive Fayre bookings require a deposit of £5.00 per every adult and £5.00 per every child attending. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible, as any meals not taken on the day may be charged, unless 7 days’ notice is given. Pre-orders are important during our busiest time of year, Christmas takes so much planning so please get your group’s pre orders in on time, no later than 2 weeks before your booking date. You’ll be sent all the information on how to make your pre-order once you’ve booked. Please don’t forget the allergens and dietary needs section, if we know all of this in advance then it’s all smooth sailing. Finally, if you can bring your booking confirmation and any pre-order details with you, that would be great. We know it’s easy to forget what you’ve ordered so it would be a massive help if one person in the group took control. • Christmas Day

  Our Christmas Day menus are only available on 25th December 2024. No festive booking is confirmed until a deposit is received. Please speak to a member of the team at your chosen venue regarding maximum number of guests. Christmas Day bookings require a deposit of £10.00 per every adult and £10.00 per every child attending. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible, as any meals not taken on the day may be charged, unless 7 days’ notice is given. • Breakfast With Santa

  For the Breakfast with Santa menu availability, please enquire with the site. We’d love to organise your festive celebrations. You can book online, pop in or give us a call. No booking is confirmed until a £10.00 per child payment is made. Please confirm your menu pre-order choices 7 days prior to dining (If your booking is less than 7 days’ away, your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining). Please remember to bring your receipt with you on the day. If you need to cancel your booking please contact us ASAP as any meals not taken on the day may be charged unless 48 hours’ notice is given.   Our Turkey & Tinsel menu is available between 12th November 2024 and 30th December 2024, excluding Christmas day and Boxing day. You can book online, pop in or give us a call. No booking is confirmed until a £5.00 per person deposit is received. Please confirm your menu pre-order choices 7 days prior to dining (If your booking is less than 7 days’ away, your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining). Please remember to bring your receipt with you on the day. If you need to cancel your booking please contact us ASAP as any meals not taken on the day may be charged unless 48 hours’ notice is given.   If for any reason we are unable to host your get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, and you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit. If you would like to cancel, please give us 72 hours’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers, our pubs teams will organise this for you. If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s) and if it’s a late change we will need the pre-order for the additional customer(s) immediately too please. If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 72 hours, no refund is available.

  Turkey & Tinsel and Breakfast with Santa Bookings
