About the Railway, London

With foundations dating back to 1736, the Railway Tavern has been a popular pub for tourists and locals alike. Originally called the Cow House, it was renamed after the invention of the railways in 1804. Our family-friendly pub is bursting with history and serves a menu that's bursting with flavour. Choose from succulent burgers, classic fish & chips, hearty pies and a wide selection of sides to fill you up. Pair your meal with our range of ice-cold beers and sip away from our idyllic beer garden. Our historic pub serves as the ultimate match day host with Sky Sports and TNT Sports in a warm and welcoming environment. Sat across from Liverpool Street Station and a 10-minute walk to Spitalfields Market, we're in the heart of it all, making for the perfect pit stop on your days exploring.
