• Christmas Day Menu Terms and Conditions

  The Christmas Day menu is available exclusively on 25th December 2025.
  A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a £10.00 deposit per adult and per child. All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking if the cancellation is made by 11th December 2025.
  Menu pre-orders must be confirmed by 11th December 2025, or within 48 hours if booking after this date (no later than 18th December 2025).
  Cancellation & Refund Policy
  Cancellations before 11th December 2025 are transferable to a future booking. After full payment, but before 18th December 2025, the deposit is non-refundable, but the remaining balance will be refunded. After 18th December 2025, no refunds will be issued
  If we are unable to host your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible. If a reschedule is not feasible, a full deposit refund will be provided.

• Festive Fayre Menu Terms and Conditions

  The Festive menu is available between 12th November and 30th December 2025 excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
  You can book online, pop in or give us a call. No booking is confirmed until a £5.00 per adult and £5.00 per child deposit is received.
  Please confirm your menu pre-order choices 7 days prior to dining (If your booking is less than 7 days’ away, your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining). Please remember to bring your receipt with you on the day. If you need to cancel your booking please contact us ASAP as any meals not taken on the day may be charged unless 48 hours’ notice is given.

• Boxing Day Menu Terms and Conditions

  The Boxing Day menu is available exclusively on 26th December.
  You can book online, pop in or give us a call. No booking is confirmed until a £5.00 per adult and £5.00 per child deposit is received.
  A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a £5.00 deposit per adult and £5 per child.
  Please confirm your menu pre-order choices 7 days prior to dining (If your booking is less than 7 days’ away, your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining).

• Early Booking Offer Terms and Conditions

  To be eligible to receive a £15 voucher, you must make an online booking for one of our festive menus for a minimum party of four guests by 31st October 2025. The online booking must be made and the deposit paid in full by 31st October 2025.
  
  £15 gift vouchers are valid from 3rd January – 28th February 2026, excluding Valentine's Day 14th February 2026. Only one gift voucher will be accepted per transaction. No cash alternative. The voucher may only be used in a single transaction and no change will be given. At least £10 of the total voucher value must be spent on food, including at least one main meal, which can include breakfast and sharers. Voucher cannot be used against the balance of the festive booking. Voucher cannot be used against the purchase of gift cards. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discount vouchers or Greene King employee vouchers, including friend & family vouchers – but can be used against promotion (e.g. daily deals or set menus). Greene King reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time. Gift vouchers are not available to Greene King employees or those under 18 years old. Vouchers will be delivered electronically by email on 3rd January 2026 (if you have provided a valid email address as part of your online booking and have opted-in to receive our email marketing communications).
