Thinking of taking on the challenge? Here's what to expect when you take on a pub quiz near you at the Old Grey Mare:

• Duration: Most quizzes last around two hours, with plenty of time for a drink (or two) in between rounds.
• Start time: Tables are available from 5pm on the night of the quiz -  book your table to secure your seat!
• Quiz format: A mix of general knowledge, sport, pop culture, history, music –  and sometimes a wildcard round for added excitement.
