We have a huge variety of pubs and restaurants, and we offer different experiences in each of our many formats. For example, in our Chef & Brewer restaurants, we offer full table service – for this reason, while you are welcome to order drinks in the bar area through our app, if you would like to dine with us, our team will take your food order face-to-face.
Some of our pubs may turn off the app during peak times to ensure they can provide all customers with the highest level of service.
We are passionate about supporting local communities and support local causes close to our head office in Bury St Edmunds and close to our pub company support centre in Burton Upon Trent. Alongside this, we are extremely proud of our national charity partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support, which to date has raised over £20 million.
Our giving policy is to focus our resources and activity on these local causes to our support centres and our national charity partner.
However, our pubs and restaurants are free to support local charities and causes alongside our national charity partnership. If you visit one of our pubs, to speak with the manager and see if they can support you. You may find our pub finder helpful in locating your nearest one.
