When does the Six Nations kick off? 

The men’s Six Nations begins on February 5 with an exciting opener at the Stade de France stadium in Paris. Reigning champions France will take on Ireland, the dethroned 2024 champions, in a highly anticipated clash that promises thrilling action from start to finish.  

The women’s Six Nations kicks off shortly after the men’s tournament ends, with France facing Italy in the opening match on April 11. Reigning champions England, also known as the Red Roses, will play later that day against Ireland at the Allianz Stadium in Twickenham.
