Terms & Conditions

• Christmas Early Booking Offer

  • Valid for all confirmed deposited bookings of 4 or more people on Seasonal Menu, Breakfast with Santa, Bottomless Brunch, Christmas Buffet or Christmas Day bookings between Tuesday 12th November 2024 and Thursday 2nd January 2025 inclusive.
  • Offer only available to those who book online and have paid their full deposit by midnight on Tuesday 31st October 2024.
  • Guests will receive a £15 voucher to be used from Monday 6th January 2025 –Saturday 29th March 2025, excluding Valentine’s Day (14th February 2025).
  • Voucher may only be used in a single transaction and no change will be given. At least £5 of the total voucher must be spent on food, including at least one main meal, which can include breakfast and sharers.
  • Voucher cannot be used against the purchase of gift cards.
  • Only one voucher will be accepted per transaction.
  • No cash alternative.
  • The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discount vouchers or Greene King employee vouchers including friend & family vouchers –but can be used against promotion (e.g. daily deals or set menus).
  • Vouchers are not available to Greene King employees or those under 18 years old.
  • A single voucher will be delivered electronically by email on Monday 6th January 2025 to the lead booker (if a valid email address has been provided as part of your online booking) for completed valid bookings (cancelled bookings will not receive the voucher).

  • To redeem, please present your unique voucher code within the email you receive at the till.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

• Dietary Requirements

  Please advise the team of any dietary requirements before ordering. V Suitable for Vegetarians. VE Suitable for Vegans. Please note that we do not operate a dedicated vegetarian/vegan kitchen area. N Dish contains Nuts. †Fish, poultry, and shellfish dishes may contain bones and/or shell. *All stated weights are approximate before cooking. Our dishes are prepared in kitchens where nuts and gluten are present as well as other allergens; we cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free from traces of allergens, due to the risk of unexpected cross contamination. We do not include ‘may contain’ information. Our menu descriptions do not list all ingredients. Dishes may contain alcohol. Please be aware the allergen information for our dishes may change between the date of booking and the date of your visit. We would advise all our guests contact a member of the team on the date of their visit to confirm the allergen information of their selected meals.

• Refunds & Cancellations

  If for any reason we are unable to host your get together, we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, and you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit and any additional pre-paid packages • If you would like to cancel please give us 72 hours’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or just a drop in numbers • If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s) and if it’s a late change (after 24th November) we will need the pre-order for the additional customer(s) immediately too please • If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 72 hours, no refund is available.

• Festive Fayre

  We ask all customers where possible to please now make your Christmas booking online. To secure all Festive Fayre bookings, every adult and child must pay a £5pp deposit to confirm the booking. Deposits are required by all attendees, irrespective of your party size and it’s much easier for you to pay this via the pub website. All your deposits are fully redeemable against your final bill. See section ‘Refunds & Cancellations’ for more info. Pre-orders for all Festive Fayre Menu bookings must be provided no later than 2 weeks before your booking date. You’ll be sent all the info on how to make your pre-order once you’ve booked. Please tell us all allergen & dietary needs upon booking. We advise you to bring your booking confirmation and any pre-order details with you for ease of order. Please call the pub directly for clarity on any questions or concerns.

• Christmas Day

  We ask all customers where possible to make your Christmas booking online. To secure a booking for our Christmas Day menu, we ask for a deposit of £10pp. Deposits are required by all attendees, irrespective of your party size and it’s much easier for you to pay this via the pub website. All your deposits are fully redeemable against your final bill. See section ‘Refunds & Cancellations’ for more info. Pre-orders for all Christmas Day bookings must be received by 24th November 2024. You’ll be sent all the info on how to make your pre-order once you’ve booked. Please tell us all allergen & dietary needs upon booking. We advise you to bring your booking confirmation and any pre-order details with you for ease of order. Please call the pub directly for clarity on any questions or concerns.

• Breakfast With Santa

Children between 5-10 years old need around 1,800 calories a day, but this will vary by age and level of activity and some children will need less, and some will need more. We would advise all of our guests to contact a member of the team on the date of their visit to confirm the allergen information of their selected meals. No booking is confirmed until a £10.00 per child payment is made. Please confirm your menu pre-order choices 7 days prior to dining (if your booking is less than 7 days away, your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining). Please remember to bring your receipt with you on the day. If you need to cancel your booking please contact us ASAP as any meals not taken on the day may be charged unless 48 hours notice is given.
