A Steak & Ale Pie is a real crowd-pleaser, and ours is made with tender beef slow-cooked in Ruddles Ale and encased in golden shortcrust pastry. Served with your choice of mash or thick, fluffy chips, and mushy or garden peas, it’s finished with a rich merlot-infused beef-dripping gravy for the ultimate indulgence.
Our Beef & Ale Pie is also cooked with Ruddles Ale and wrapped in buttery shortcrust pastry, while our Chicken & Ham Pie combines slow-cooked chicken breast and thigh with pulled ham hock in a creamy wholegrain mustard sauce.
