Payday’s arrived, the evenings are stretching out a little longer, and suddenly staying in feels like a terrible use of both.

Right on cue, the Weekend Takeover is back at our pub. This is where we shift up a gear and become far more tempting than whatever plans were loosely floating around earlier in the week. Something is happening in every corner, whether that’s live sport drawing a crowd, a quiz turning competitive, or trying a classic gin (wink wink).

All you really need to do is show up and settle in.

This month, we’ve teamed up with Hendrick’s, which means things are looking a little more refreshing behind the bar.
