A Sunday worth savouring
Mother's Day falls on a Sunday, so it's the perfect time to treat Mum (and the rest of the family) to one of our classic roasts – with all the trimmings, of course. Feast your eyes on expertly-cooked meat (or Nut Roast Wellington for veggies), crispy duck fat roasties, a pillowy Yorkshire pudding, fresh seasonal veg and a rich gravy.
