Commission: 1% (subject to a minimum of £13 and a maximum of £95).
Settlement: For sales a cheque will be despatched to your home address within 48 hours of Redmayne Bentley's receipt of a valid share certificate(s) and signed transfer form(s). A settlement and compliance charge of £2.50 is also payable for each transaction.

Beneficial owners of shares held on their behalf by a different registered holder now have certain information rights regarding us. They will have the right to ask their registered holder to nominate them to receive all non-personalised information distributed to our shareholders, in accordance with the provisions of section 146 of the Companies Act 2006.
